Refund policy

Items approved for return must be received as unused with original condition

We do not refund on "change of mind" purchases.

Domestic items approved for a refund will be charged a restocking fee of 5% of the original amount paid.

International items approved for a refund will be charged a restocking fee of 8% of the original amount paid.

Any item purchased at a discounted or SALE price is a final sale and can not be returned.

Engraved or embossed, special order, personalized and made-to-order creations cannot be returned for exchange or refund.

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs for exchanges and returns.
